by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL
⬩ All commissions are handled through Twitter, ko-fi, or discord.
⬩ I reserve the right to decline your commission order.
⬩ I reserve the right to alter my terms of service and prices as needed.Commissions that I accept:

⬩ Illegal or Problematic Material
ORDERING
⬩ The final price depends on wishes, complexity, and character design. To get a price inquiry, please contact me via discord or Twitter messaging.
⬩ Any references should be concise, up to date, and written in the English language. Any changes outside the initial project and quote must be discussed and additionally approved. Changes may be individually charged depending on their complexity.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
⬩ All commissions must be paid in full, upfront, via PayPal or Ko-fi in USD and is expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation. I will not start drawing your commission until payment has been received.
⬩ Refunds can be requested at any time. If the commission is cancelled during the actual creation process, refunds will be calculated depending on the progress. For example, if I already sent you a sketch and/or a work-in-progress update, you will not be eligible for a full refund because you have already received some form of my art, even if it was unfinished.
⬩ Full refunds are issued only before the start of work on the order.
⬩ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
PROCESS
⬩ Most commission types will receive a sketch for approval. At that stage, you have a right to revision.
⬩ WIPs will be sent if I have any questions about the piece. On a similar note, please feel free to inform me of any changes you would like me to make during the process.
⬩ Your commission can take up to a month to complete, depending on many factors such as health, order of commissions, complexity, schoolwork, or family issues. (If any of the things stated above occur, you will be notified.)
⬩ After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made (e.g. colouring mistakes or marks). Any significant changes will come with an extra charge (e.g. changes to pose, expression, hair, outfit, or background).
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical form.
⬩ I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used.
⬩ Commercial rights are unavailable.
You reserve the right to:
⬩ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, with proper credit given. (Note: Writing "credit to the artist" is NOT proper credit. Please include my username and specify the platform: @_Saffyron_ from Twitter.)
⬩ Print the art, and claim the right of their original character(s), but not the drawing itself.The following is considered copyright infringement, and if you break it in any way, your rights to the drawing will be revoked:⬩ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
⬩ Selling or minting my artwork for cryptocurrency and using it for NFT transactions.
⬩ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
⬩ Removing any watermarks or signatures.
